PLEASE DO NOT TRANSLATE THE VALUES (RMV, ADD, RPL, etc.)
The values in the <LS>Configuration Action</> and <LS>Item Type</>
fields are inconsistent.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The system cannot send the change message.

How to fix this error?

Proceed as follows:
If you enter "ADD" or "RPL" in the <LS>Configuration Action</> field,
you must enter "EMB" in the <LS>Item Type</> field
If you enter "RMV" in the <LS>Configuration Action </>field, you must
enter "END" in the <LS>Item Type</> field
