for which there is no pedigree data. To send a message, all external
UIIs with the status "Attached" must exist in the pedigree database.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Check if the pedigree database (IUID_PEDIGREE) contains the
corresponding records for all external UIIs.
