    service.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system administrator can switch the service on and off using the
    static profile parameter <NP>its/enable </>:
    <NP>its/enable=0 </>(default), service is switched off.
    <NP>its/enabel=1</>,,service is switched on.
    To activate the profile, the instance must be restarted.
