    The system checks whether the cost trigger table <NP>ITAGCYCOST</> for
    broker &V1& with commission contract &V2& contains any entries.
    If it does, the system checks whether there are any open documents in
    the table. If documents are cleared, they are given the status 9 <ZK>(do
    not include)</>. If they are still open, the status remains the same.
    If the table contains entries with document numbers that no longer
    exist in the system, the system removes them from the cost trigger
    table.
