How to fix this error?

Reconstruct the position for asset &V1& in the ISSRPREFLOW tables and SR
ledger tables using the import functions in statutory reporting.
Then restart the transaction for changing statutory reporting
identifiers.
If this does not resolve the problem, check in Customizing whether the
indicator for compression in component &V2& has been set.
If this indicator cannot be removed, online update in statutory
reporting for flow records from component &V2& can lead to errors.
In this case, switch off the online update for component &V2& in
Customizing for statutory reporting. Reconstruct the position for asset
&V1& once more in the ISSRPREFLOW tables and SR ledger tables using the
import functions in statutory reporting.
Then restart the transaction for changing statutory reporting
identifiers.
