    Installed a piece of <DS:GLOS.equipment>equipment</> at a
    <DS:GLOS.functional_location>functional location</>
    Installed a piece of equipment at a
    <DS:GLOS.superior_equipment>superior equipment</>
    Assigned a functional location to a superior functional location
    This operation was transferred in the system using data transfer (batch
    input).
    The system could have automatically defined the transfer of the
    <DS:GLOS.measurement_reading>measurement readings</> and/or
    <DS:GLOS.counter_reading>counter readings</> from
    <DS:GLOS.measuring_point>measuring point</> &V2& for the measuring
    point &V1& whilst doing this.
    However, measuring point &V1& was locked at the time by user &V3&.

    System Response

    The measurement reading transfer could not be defined automatically.

    How to fix this error?

    You can define the measurement reading transfer manually later on.
    To do this, choose <LS>MR Transfer: Propose Assignment</> in the master
    data maintenance of measuring point &V1&.
