  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The system tries to generate a maintenance call object (for example, a
<DS:GLOS.maintenance_order>maintenance order</> for your main object
    (for example, <DS:GLOS.functional_location>functional location</>,
<DS:GLOS.equipment>equipment</>). The status of the object does not
    allow this.

    System Response

The system does not generate a maintenance call object for this
    <DS:GLOS.maintenance_item>maintenance item</>.
The <DS:GLOS.maintenance_call>maintenance call</> receives the status
'released', because it must be guaranteed that other maintenance items
also due on this <DS:GLOS.maintenance_call_date>maintenance call date
    </> are released.

    How to fix this error?

If you also want to generate orders for objects currently blocked, then
you can subsequently only do with a manual call. To do this, you must
first assign a status to the object that authorizes the generation of a
    maintenance call object.
