  • What causes this issue?

    You have tried to schedule the
    <GL:preventive_maintenance_plan>maintenance plan</> for the first time.
    Since a <GL:start_offset>start offset</> has been assigned to a
    maintenance cycle, the offset is used for calculating the first planned
    date.

    System Response

    The planned dates of the <GL:maintenance_cycle>maintenance cycles</>
    <ZH>without</> a start offset will be calculated depending on the
    operation type as follows:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    OR operation:,,Planned date: 12.31.9999
    AND operation:,,Planned date: 01.01.0001
    This ensures that only the maintenance cycles for which an offset has
    been entered are taken into account.

    If other maintenance cycles are also to be taken into account during
    initial scheduling, you must enter the normal the cycle as an offset.
    This applies in particular when the resulting offset is no different to
    the normal cycle.
