Message text: No annual performance entered for measuring point &
The <GL:measuring_point>measuring point</> has been defined as a
<GL:counter>counter</>. If a counter is to be used in a

in the form of a note only. However, you can only change the counter if
it is already being used in a maintenance plan, and if the annual
estimate has been maintained. You can no longer delete the counter.

If you are maintaining a measuring point, you must only enter an
<GL:annual_estimate>annual estimate</> if the measuring point is to be
used in a maintenance plan.

already been maintained.
If you are scheduling a maintenance plan, enter an annual estimate in a
different session.
