You are trying to allocate a maintenance plan a
<GL:maintenance_item>maintenance item</> that has already
been allocated. You cannot allocate a maintenance item to a
<GL:preventive_maintenance_plan>maintenance plan</> more than once.

Check whether or not want to allocate further items to the maintenance
