    The system cannot determine the public-key certificate that the PSE file
    contains.
    The PSE file does not exist, or you used the wrong format to create the
    PSE file.

    System Response

    The system cannot create a digital signature.

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether you saved the required PSE file in line with the
    prescribed naming convention, and whether you saved the PSE file in the
    required directory, file, which must be <ZH>$dir_instance/sec</>.

    Check whether you entered the PSE file name correctly in the Customizing
