for business partner &V1& implicitly. This is not possible here, since
business partner &V1& is currently being processed by another user or by
you yourself, and is therefore locked.

System Response

The system recognizes the lock and ends creation of the participant. As
soon as you close the dialog screen for this message, the system
navigates back to the first screen in the claim header.
Procedure
Check whether you yourself are processing business partner &v1&, or
contact the user who is.
Create business partner &v1& again in the required participant role.
If you do not know which user is locking the business partner, wait a
while before trying again to create business partner &v1& in the
required participant role.
