    You can only create a participant role in the claim header if the claim
    subobject category C (for 'Claim') has been entered in IMG activity
    <DS:SIMG._ICL_TICL301>Enhance Participant Roles</> in the relevant
    participant role, at the level of <ZK>Permitted Subobject Categories</>.
    This is not the case with this participant role &V1& .
