What causes this issue?

The configuration of the equipment &V1& was used to describe the
service item &V3& in the sales order &V2&. No characteristic values
will be changed in the equipment configuration after technical
completion of the service order.
The reservation record for the equipment &V1& will be deleted, so that
you can once again change the configuration of the equipment through a
new service item.
