What causes this issue?

Handling unit &V1& was counted as non-existent, but cannot be cleared.
The handling unit contains existing subordinate handling units, and is
itself packaged in an existing handling unit. In this case the system
cannot post, since it does not know whether the subordinate handling
units are present in the superordinate handling units, or whether
another handling unit (not handling unit &V1&) is relevant that could
perhaps not be reported during entry of the count data.

You cannot post the physical inventory document.

How to fix this error?

Perform a recount for the handling unit and check the structure of the
handling unit. Check whether the subordinate handling units from HU
&V1& are actually packaged in the superordinate handling unit.
If the superordinate handling unit exists, but is empty, then we do not
recommend that you report this back as being non-existent, since the HU
does not exist as displayed in the system.
If the hierarchy for the handling unit physically exists, but the HU
number or the packaging material for handling unit &V1& are not
correct, then the changes cannot be posted. You should not enter the HU
as non- existent, because the HU cannot be posted.
