    You have specified that the scale defined in the qualifications catalog
    for the competency (qualification) &V1& is also to be used as the scale
    for the questions. The scales for questions may have a maximum of ten
    proficiencies. However, the qualification scale exceeds this value.

    If you create questions for the qualification, in the appraisal document
    that is based on this form, the system only displays the first ten
    proficiencies of the scale.
    If you do not want to define any questions for the qualification, the
    selection of the scale does not have any effect.

    How to fix this error?

    You can use a different scale to the qualification scale for the
    questions. In the <LS>Scale for Questions</> field, select the required
    scale.
