The appraisal document &V3& is based on the appraisal template &V4&.
Check the following Customizing settings for this appraisal template:
In Customizing for Talent Management and Talent Development under <LS>
Assessment of Employees</> -> <LS>Employee Assessment with Flexible
Appraisal Processes</> -> <LS>Define Data Retrieval for Flexible
Appraisal Processes</> -> <DS:SIMG.TMC_0111>Assign Status Change to
Appraisal Templates</>, which status change the system makes in the
appraisal document when the document is updated by the talent review
meeting must be defined uniquely. This entry is missing for the
appraisal template &V3& (&V4&).
Additionally, in the catalog for appraisal templates (transaction
PHAP_CATALOG_PA), the relevant status change must be defined as a
pushbutton and the status flow for the appraisal template &V3& (&V4&)
must have been defined.
