number in the Human Resources (HR) system.
The system <ZH>cannot</> transfer the person with personnel number &V1&
to Talent Management for HR as the approver of the assignment of talents
to the newly created talent group.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
