  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You are trying to replicate data for absence type &V1& with the<ZK> Time
Account Information - Recurring Time Accounts to Infotype 2006, Absences
with Deduction Information to Infotype 2001 and Time Account Payouts to
Infotype 0416</> replication scenario. However, this absence type is
also configured in Employee Central Payroll for quota deduction.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    System Response

The replication of the absence type cannot be done, because it would
lead to inconsistent quota deduction for the selected time account.

    How to fix this error?

Please disable the quota deduction in the Employee Central Payroll
system in the Customizing for <ZK>Time Management --> Time Data
Recording and Administration --> Absences --> Absence Catalog -->
Absence Counting --> Assign Counting Rules to Absence Types. </>
Alternatively, use another replication scenario for the absence type in
Employee Central, for example, <ZK>Absences Only</>.
<ZK><ZH>Note for using another replication scenario</></>
Usually, a parallel quota deduction does not make sense. Therefore we
recommend that you deactivate Quota Deductions in Employee Central
Payroll. Note that it is technically possible to implement a parallel
quota deduction when it is needed for country-specific requirements that
are not supported in Employee Central Time Off. For more information
about the different replication scenarios, see the Disable Quota
Deductions document in the<ZK> Integrating Time Off and Employee Central
Payroll</> guide available on the <ZK>SAP Help Portal -> Employee
    Central Payroll. </>
