    The handling of additional actions is enabled in your Employee Central
    payroll system.
    On &V1&, your employee has multiple <ZK>Job Information </>records. One
    of them creates a new personnel number for your employee. In this use
    case, the prerequisite applies: the <ZK>Job Information</> record that
    creates the new personnel number must be assigned to sequence number 1.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    To fix this issue, you can proceed as follows in Employee Central:
    Change the sequence of all <ZK>Job Information</> records of the
    employee with start date &V1& so that the record creating the new
    personnel number in Employee Central Payroll is assigned to sequence
    number 1.

    We recommend that you merge all <ZK>Job Information</> records with
    start date &V1&, to a single<ZK> Job Information</> record that is
    automatically assigned to sequence number 1.
