    You have attempted to delete or change a <LS>re-registration</>.
    You may delete or change a re-registration only if it is the last one
    in the chain. Before you delete a re-registration, you must ensure that
    data related to re-registration (e.g. progress classification stage)
    was not changed by other processes (e.g. progression) after the start
    date of the <LS>re-registration</> validity period.

    The <ls>re-registration</> cannot be deleted or changed.

    How to fix this error?

    Delete all subsequent <ls>re-registrations</> so that the
    <ls>re-registration</> you want to delete or change is the last one in
    the chain. Make sure that data related to the re-registration was not
    changed after the start date of the re-registration validity period.
