- No record found for infotype &, subtype &, for the date & ?The SAP error message HRPBSUSFED030 indicates that the system could not find a record for a specific infotype and subtype for a given date. This error typically occurs in the context of Human Resources (HR) modules, particularly when dealing with employee data.
Cause:
Missing Data: The most common cause is that there is no record in the specified infotype and subtype for the employee on the given date. This could be due to:
- The record has not been created yet.
- The record has been deleted or archived.
- The record is not valid for the specified date.
Incorrect Date: The date provided in the query may not correspond to any existing records. This can happen if the date is outside the validity period of the infotype.
Infotype/Subtype Configuration: There may be issues with the configuration of the infotype or subtype, such as incorrect settings or missing entries in the customizing tables.
Authorization Issues: The user may not have the necessary authorizations to view the records for the specified infotype and subtype.
Solution:
Check Data Entry: Verify that the infotype and subtype have been correctly populated for the employee in question. You can do this by:
- Using transaction code PA20 (Display HR Master Data) to check the employee's records.
- Ensuring that the records exist for the specified date.
Review Validity Dates: Ensure that the date you are querying falls within the validity period of the infotype record. If the record is valid only for a specific range, adjust the date accordingly.
Create Missing Records: If the record is indeed missing and should exist, you may need to create it using transaction codes like PA30 (Maintain HR Master Data) or the appropriate transaction for the specific infotype.
Check Configuration: If you suspect a configuration issue, consult with your SAP HR module administrator or a consultant to review the infotype and subtype settings.
Authorization Check: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to access the infotype and subtype. This can be checked in transaction SU53 or by consulting with your security team.
