As per BSI specification, Courtesy Withholding was enabled by default
for BSI TaxFactory 9.0. As of TaxFactory 10.0, Courtesy Withholding is
disabled by default.
Therefore, for BSI TaxFactory 9.0, select one of the following options:
Blank: Courtesy withholding is allowed (this is the default value in BSI
TaxFactory 9.0).
2: Courtesy withholding is not allowed.
As of BSI TaxFactory 10.0, select one of the following options:
Blank: Courtesy withholding is not allowed (this is the default value in
BSI TaxFactory 10.0).
1: Courtesy withholding is allowed.
