<LS>Residence Tax Area</> (0207) infotype.

How to fix this error?

Select one of the options that are valid for the version of BSI
TaxFactory you have installed.
As per BSI specification, Courtesy Withholding was enabled by default
for BSI TaxFactory 9.0. As of TaxFactory 10.0, Courtesy Withholding is
disabled by default.
Therefore, for BSI TaxFactory 9.0, select one of the following options:
Blank: The system checks the settings in table view V_T5UX9_COUWH (see
Customizing activity
<DS:SIMG.PAY_US_TX_003315>Maintain courtesy withholding</>). If no
settings exist, courtesy withholding is allowed.
2: Courtesy withholding is not allowed.
As of BSI TaxFactory 10.0, select one of the following options:
