    authentication methods used for the API.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    1. In the SOA Manager, open the Service Administration tab and choose
    Simplified Web Service Configuration.
    2. Under Authentication Methods Setting for API in API Settings, select
    Basic Authentication (user / password) and X509 Certificate
    Authentication.
