trying to read old payroll results and it is not finding them.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The system displays this message because it tries to read a specific
payroll result when the overpayment was created (as an example to check
if the payroll result was reversed) but the payroll result is not found.
<ZH>Example:</> You are running in payroll period 07.2019 to find
overpayment results in payroll period 03.2019.
When the system finds an overpayment and saves data in CLM_PERSON table,
it needs to register in which period overpayment was found, and one of
the fields used to save this information is the sequence number of the
period payroll being performed.
Overpayment uses the sequence number to try to read de payroll results.

How to fix this error?

When an overpayment is created in CLM_PERSON table, it is linked to the
sequence number of the payroll run being performed.
To verify why this message is displayed, proceed as follows:
Check why the result was not found.
In case of inconsistencies, it may be that other parts in payroll are
causing this issue.
PC_PAYRESULT transaction can be used to verify the payroll results and
check if any entries are missing.
These inconsistencies must be solved in order to run overpayment payroll
function accordingly.
