The system does not process this reserve, does not perform <LS>storno</>
and does not store the reserve. The reserve simply disappears from the
results.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
The payroll administrator should check this. Check the Customizing for
the corresponding quota in the view V_T77PAYUA_RES in Customizing
activity
