Message text: Select all absence records that are linked in Absences (2001) infotype
You have not selected all absence records that are connected to each
other in the <LS>Absences</> (2001) infotype by means of the
<DS:DE.P33_ALINK>Absence Link</> field.
For example, you create two absence records for an employee's vacation:
Vacation from March 10, 2008 to March 18, 2008
Additional vacation from March 19, 2008 to March 21, 2008
This record is connected to the first record, since you entered March
10, 2008 in the <LS>Absence Link</> field.
To process vacation payments correctly, in the Off-Cycle Workbench, you
must select both absence records so that the system can calculate the
associated payments in the same payroll run.
Further processing is not possible.
In the Off-Cycle Workbench, select all records that are connected using
the <LS>Absence Link</> field.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
