How to fix this error?

You can identify the reports that need to be updated using <LS>Reports
History Viewer</> (transaction HR99RU_REPHIS_VIEWER). Use the <LS>RMS
Status</> (3400) infotype to force the update of these reports after you
have deleted the payroll results. Relevant data for the personnel
assignment will be cancelled. Then verify your reports and delete the
personnel assignment.
