What causes this issue?

organization defined as an income tax agent in payroll is not assigned
to any reporting area. The income and tax data will not be written to
RMS for this agent and warning message will be issued.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check payroll for your employee and verify that all organization
assignments of your employee belong to RMS reporting areas.

The tax agents in the system defined as grouping values of the head unit
and detached subdivisions of your organization are defined in the
<LS>Legal Properties</> (1655) infotype for organization management
object Legal Entity (type OR) in grouping reason RUTX. Check the
definition of the reporting area and ensure that all relevant grouping
values are added to this reporting area.

The tax agents in the system are defined as return values of feature
<LS>Determine OKTMO/Object ID for Detached Subdivisions</> (33OKT) (in
Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.OHARURP_PY_2NSP_004>Determine OKTMO Code
and Object ID for Detached Subdivisions</>) and must be maintained in
Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.OHIRURP_PA_T2_027_CE>Enter Data About
Organization</> for the same values of organization type and data type
as used in Customizing activity <DS:SIMG.OHARURP_PY_TAXRMS_01>Set Up
Reporting Areas</>. The entries about organizations must also be added
to the reporting areas.
