    Type Code</> (P05_CAARD) has the value '11' (worker on temporary loan).
    For workers on temporary loan a value must be entered in <ZK>Flexibility
    and Security Phase Categorization Code</>

    How to fix this error?

    Check whether the employee concerned really is a worker on temporary
    loan. If so, enter the correct <ZK>Flexibility and Security Phase
    Categorization Code</>. If the employee concerned is not a worker on
    temporary loan, you need to correct the <ZK>Work Relationship Type Code
    </>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
