file remains in the inbox.

Check the relevant personnel number and its outgoing notifications. It
is possible that the outgoing notification that has now been rejected
has been sent to the ZfA by means of a Web form. However, the ZfA always
responds by electronic means if the communication partner is registered
for both forms of data exchange.
