Message text: Print statement and give to employee
Normally, statements are sent to the German Federal Employment Agency
electronically. The employment agency then immediately sends a printout
of the electronically transferred statement data to the employee.
Each employee can object to the electronic transfer of data. If this is
the case, the statement must be printed out and given to the employee.
However, the print function is not yet available in the report
<DS:RE.RPCBAVD0_OUT>Create BEA Notifications</> (RPCBAVD0_OUT). If an
employee objects to electronic data transfer, create the statement
manually.
The notification is created with the status <LS>With Errors</>; the
administrator then knows that notification has to be created manually.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
