Notifications</> (BAER) in the Reporting personnel area. This means that
a statement of employment is issued for each employee who leaves. As
information is needed from infotype <LS>Electronic Data Exchange</>
(0700) for the statement of employment to be complete, the notification
is incorrect.
The notification is created with the status <ZK><LS>With Errors</></>.
If a statement of employment is to be prepared for an employee, you need
to create a data record in infotype <LS>0700</> subtype <LS>DSAB</>.
If <ZH>no</> statement of employment is to be issued for an employee,
create a data record in infotype <LS>0700</> subtype <LS>DSAB</> and
select the <LS>Do Not Create Statement</> checkbox.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
