    The initial state <LS>000</> is not valid in the following cases:
    The <DS:DE.P01_SV_EL_AVKUEAM>Date of Notice or Dismissal</> <LS>
    (AVKUEAM)</> is filled and the ordinary notice is not excluded for an
    unlimited period (KAU = N or initial state).
    The <LS>Date of Notice or Dismissal</> (AVKUEAM) is filled, the ordinary
    notice is excluded for an unlimited period (KAU = J), and there is also
    an important reason for notice (KAUAUG = J).
