ensure that it appears in the administrator?s worklist.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

If the reversal was made due to one of the A1 posting request reversals
you sent, no further action is required. If this is not the case, check
why the office responsible revoked the approval. The original approval
may have been replaced by a new approval (with different PDF data).
Use the ?Manually Processed? pushbutton to set the status of an inbound
notification to <(><<)>Manually Processed>.
