The employer is not authorized to access information for the employee at
the clearing house.
This can occur in the following cases:
Death of the employee
Employee moves abroad
At employee's request
The employee's tax class is set to tax class <LS>6</> in the <LS>Fiscal
Data D</> infotype (0012) as of the valid-from date for the ELStAM
procedure if the employee is still subject to tax without restrictions
at this point in time.
Check the reason for the missing access authorization.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
