Message text: Personnel number & has no matching absence record (&)
Personnel number has no matching absence record
You want to create an infotype record for a statement that has a period
that is determined by the start of a special type of absence (illness,
child illness, or maternity protection). The system detected that there
is no matching absence record for this personnel number.
You can continue to create this infotype record, but note the following:
Set the validity date to the start of the absence for which you want to
create a statement.
Then create a corresponding absence in the "Absences" infotype (2001).
This ensures that the statements creation report can link this infotype
record with the absence selected.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
