    is being used by the <LS>Determine Default Format for Social Insurance
    Report (28MSI)</> feature.

    How to fix this error?

    To delete the format, proceed as follows:
    Remove the format from the <LS>Determine Default Format for Social
    Insurance Report</> feature.
    To access this feature, see Customizing for <LS>Payroll</> under
    <LS>Payroll: China -> Flexible Reporter -> Determine Default Format for
    Social Insurance Report</>.
    Delete the format in Customizing for <LS>Payroll</> under <LS>Payroll:
    China -> Flexible Reporter ->Define Report Formats</>.
