  • What causes this issue?

A new result request no longer makes sense due to the final processing
status of the job for the recipient.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

The following statuses are considered final:
    03 "Processing Successful (Success)"
    04 "Address Ignored"
05 "Failed As Recipient Reported Error (Error)"
06 "Operation Is Not Supported (NotSupported)"
You can see the status in the ?Processing Status? column on the screen
    ?Administration of Result Requests?.
E.g. in particular, it does not make sense to retrieve a result again
that has already been retrieved successfully (processing status 03).

    System Response

The system does not allow the result to be retrieved again in the case
    of the final processing status.
The system therefore did not send any result request for the entry with
    application key '&V1&' ("&V2&") and institution '&V3&' ("&V4&").
