Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYCH01 - Messages for Payroll Switzerland
Message number: 023
Message text: Municipality &1 was read from infotype 0038 (key date: &2)
The municipality code is required for withholding tax accounting. Howeve
r, no municipality has been specified in the payroll results. The system
has therefore exported the municipality code from the
<DS:DE.GEMND>Municipality</> field of the Fiscal Data CH infotype
(0038).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
You can send the withholding tax calculation despite this warning. The s
ystem generates a valid list with the municipality code from infotype
0038.
<ZH>Note:</> If you want to perform retroactive accounting at a later
point in time, the system copies the municipality code from infotype
0038 to the payroll results. The withholding tax report finds the
municipality code in the payroll results and recognizes the change
because there was no mu
nicipality code entered in the original payroll results. The report
therefore automatically generates a correction list ("liste corrective",
LC). It is thus unimportant if the municipality code in the correction
list is different from the municipality code originally reported.
