The subarea class could not be substantiated, as a consequence the
calculation of structural reduction is interrupted.
Correct the Customizing in the implementation guide (IMG) for Payroll
under <zk>Payroll: Belgium</> => <zk>Basic Settings => Institutions</>
=>
<DS:SIMG.OHABUM14B>Maintain Personnel Subareas and Company Codes</>.
