  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

Inconsistencies between the child table in IT0042 and the corresponding
entries of the children in IT0021 were detected in the payroll run.

    System Response

Using a calculated key (SH1 hash), payroll determines whether something
has changed in the data basis in IT0021 (name, first name, date of
birth, or SI number) for the children relevant for tax according to
IT0042. Then it is not possible to ensure that the family bonus plus or
the deductible amount for sole wage earner/single parent can be
    calculated correctly.

    How to fix this error?

Delimit IT0042 at the start of the payroll period and maintain the data
from IT0021 again. A new key is thereby calculated, which can then be
verified with the key determined in payroll.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
