status "Completed", "Obsolete", or "To Be Deleted".

System Response

Previous "open" dialog cases for which no status has been assigned or
are still being processed, block the upload and saving of new dialog
cases to the database.
Accordingly, the system issues a warning when you attempt to save the
object list.
