Message text: Old dialog cases still open or without status; set a status
New dialog cases can be saved to the database only when previous dialog
cases of earlier uploads have been processed completely and have the
status "Completed", "Obsolete", or "To Be Deleted".
Previous "open" dialog cases for which no status has been assigned or
are still being processed, block the upload and saving of new dialog
cases to the database.
Accordingly, the system issues a warning when you attempt to save the
object list.
Process the old dialog cases or assign an adequate status.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
