    The activities included in the off-cycle workbench are protected using
    the authorization object P_PY_OCWB (all authorizations for off-cycle
    workbench). In the present case, the authorization for transaction PUOC
    (off-cycle workbench) exists, however there is no authorization for the
    available activities.

    How to fix this error?

    Check why authorization exists for the transaction, but no
    authorization exists for the activities. If required, change the
    profile assigned to you.
