Message text: Leave duration is too short to qualify for leave benefits
The leave period you enter is not long enough to qualify for leave
benefits. The leave period should be at least <ZH>20</> days. If your
leave period covers the last day of February, the minimum duration for
leave benefits differs according to the year type:
Normal year
The minimum duration of the leave period is <ZH>18</> days.
Leap year
The minimum duration of the leave period is <ZH>19</> days.
The system allows you to save the leave period, but it does not create
data for the child care leave benefits form or nursing leave benefits
form for that period.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
