    Performance Managment process may, for example, use more columns than
    can be displayed in the administrator functions (transaction
    PHAP_ADMIN).
    Furthermore, changes in the catalog for appraisal templates (transaction
    PHAP_CATALOG), such as access rights, columns, layout, or status flow,
    can negatively affect the appraisal template in the predefined
    Performance Management process and cause errors in the process flow. We
    therefore recommend that you not make any changes.
