    following conditions have been met.
    1) The employee is covered under "TAPERED" arrangements in their
    Contract Elements infotype (0016) and
    2) The current payroll period is within a 4 month window that overlaps
    their Tapered Transition date and
    3) EITHER,,they have a CARE scheme before their Tapered Transition date
    OR ,,they have a FINAL SALARY scheme after their Tapered Transition
    date

    This is just a warning.

    How to fix this error?

    Ensure that the employee's Tapered Arrangements have been handled
    correctly.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
