During the Mid-Period Transfer (MPT) without a Tax Reference change,
NIPAY and NICs must be reduced. However, the employee has changed NI
category during the MPT.
This is not currently supported.
Back out the MPT change and process the employee as a change at the end
of the pay period.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
