Message text: LGPS: WPBP and PENS must be kept in-sync if pro-ration is necessary
There is an inconsistency in the LGPS solution.
This situation cannot be handled and so has caused the employee to be
rejected.
You have implemented the LGPS solution and this requires that date
splits in <LS>Pension Scheme table</> (PENS) must have a corresponding
<LS>Work Place Basic Pay</> (WPBP) splits. The WPBP splits are generated
due to date splits in the following infotypes:
<LS>Actions</> (0000)
<LS>Organizational Assignment</> (0001)
<LS>Planned Working Time</> (0007)
<LS>Basic Pay</> (0008)
You have implemented the
<DS:HRDS.DSYSLO_ECIFUNC_GBLGPAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA___0VVV>Local Government
Pension Scheme</> (GBLGP) payroll function, but have manually created
the splits in the <LS>Pension Details</> (0071) infotype that occur in
the middle of a payroll period. You must make these manual changes via
<LS>PA40</> transaction to ensure that a record in <LS>Actions</> (0000)
infotype and the corresponding WPBP split is created. This will keep
WPBP and PENS tables in sync.
<ZH>Scenario 1-Employee joins a scheme</>
Consider an employee joins the LGPS scheme on May 9, 2012. In this case,
the system considers May 9, 2012 as the first day of the scheme, though
the employee may have been employed for longer. Here the system creates
a WPBP split which starts on May 10, 2012.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
